Jill AND Mary

Jillian Shennessy (born November 25 in 1968) is an Canadian actor, performer and singer who made an impact in American television. The actress has made well-known for her performances as Claire Kincaid in Law & Order and Crossing Jordan. Her acting talents were displayed in the movies RoboCop 3 Most Wanted as along with Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. Through these independently produced film, she exercised co-directing as well as writing skills. Hennessy started her acting career in the year 1988 with her sister, as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. She spent a short time on Broadway in the musical Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story, after which she moved into science fiction in 1993 in the role of the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. The big break for her was later in the year, when she joined the cast of the hit NBC crime show Law & Order as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. The three-season run in the character was well-loved by viewers. She left in 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker was a part of a variety of movies and television shows, such as RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys of the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. In these roles, she won the Golden Globe Award in 2006 as well as an Emmy Award in 2007. Parker has also been awarded an award called the Tony Award for Best Actress 2001 in Broadway's play Proof.
