Allison Raskin Bio

Allison Beth Raskin, an American mental health advocate and writer-director comedian podcaster on YouTube is a writer. She was formerly an editor for BuzzFeed Video, but she and her friend Gabe Dunn left to focus on the YouTube comedy channel Just Between Us in 2015. Raskin was born June 20, 1989, at Manhattan, New York to an ethnically Jewish family. She earned her degree in The University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts. Jamin Ben Raskin (born 13 December 1962) is a prominent American attorney law professor as well as a politician, serving as an official U.S. representative for Maryland's 8th congressional district from the year 2017. The law professor served as the prosecutor at Trump's second impeachment trial. Rep. Jamie Raskin decided not to run for Maryland's vacant Senate seat and will instead run for reelection to the House and hopes to become chairman of the House Oversight and Accountability Committee. The suburbs in the inner-ring of Washington, D.C., like Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and Potomac, is the district of 8th Congress.
